Diagnóstico Situacional para la implementación de un proceso de Gestión de Conocimiento en el Operador Nacional de Electricidad CENACE

Abstract
This paper presents the steps for implementing a Knowledge Management process in the National Electricity Operator CENACE, considering, for this study, that knowledge and learning culture constitute a fundamental pillar for Knowledge Management. The methodology applied to this study has allowed identifying the strengths and improvement opportunities as regards the existence of a Knowledge Management process at CENACE. This perception has been identified through an analysis of the variables specified in the situational diagnosis survey that was been taken to the employees of the institution. The results will state a starting point for the implementation process of knowledge management. In this sense, CENACE will implement a process of knowledge management with the purpose of creating an organizational learning culture, transferring knowledge, improving the management of human talent and having a competitive advantage in the electricity Industry.
