Abstract
The purpose of this article is to determine the key features of system function SCADA/OMSMWM/DMS for the monitoring and control of the substations and distribution network of the Azogues Electrical Company. As well as an analysis technical explanatory to determine the benefits Operating and Commercials that will provide this system of automation. Leaving as a result an estimated real values that referring to this new system of electrical automation in the Country.
