Abstract
This project aims to develop a methodology of solution for distributed static state estimation applied to the monitoring and control of power systems, this proposed methodology is justified by the need to use decentralized techniques where data are maintained within the same operator and information exchange with other operators is restricted, minimizing response times with parallel processing of each subsystem which is part of the global system; which brings significant benefits to the monitoring and control through the SCADA system.
The test system is established to develop the technical, this system is divided into subsystems, for which the equations of each one and equations edge is established. The programming to state estimation algorithm is developed using the weighted least squares method, this algorithm is run on each subsystem. Finally integrating local results estimated on a global solution is performed, thus allowing estimate global state variables of system. The input data for algorithm are extracted of the simulator Power Factory, where has been implemented the test model, New England Test System.
