Análisis para el Inicio del Restablecimiento de la Zona 4 del S.N.I. posterior a un “Black-out” considerando el Arranque en Negro de las Unidades de la Central Mazar

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the start of restoring processes of the Zone 4 by energizing auxiliary services of the Molino power plant generating units, through the Mazar power plant units, through Circuit 2 of the ZhorayMolino 230 kV transmission line.

In order to do this, it would be necessary firstly energize the Zhoray substation, followed by energizing the Molino substation, and finally the Molino 13.8 kV power supply center through the tertiary windings of the AT2 Autotransformers.

To determine the proposal’s feasibility, relevant tests were carried out in coordination with the CENACE to simulate the Black-out condition, and it was found that approximately 6 minutes is needed to synchronize a dead busbar and energize busbar 2 of the Zhoray substation.

The AT2 autotransformer energizing test was not carried out due to equipment problems in the Molino Substation.
