Desafíos en la Implementación de un Laboratorio de Simulación Digital en Tiempo Real de Sistemas Eléctricos de Potencia
Main Article Content
Abstract
Real-time simulation of power systems is a technological tool that allows simulating the behavior of electrical variables and getting results in the same timeframe within which the actual electric phenomenon evolves. This allows the development of specialized studies involving the synchronism of the digital simulations with real elements of the system. This paper presents a conceptual description of the realtime simulation and describes the main features concerning the implementation of a real-time simulation laboratory, which is currently carried out by CENACE and ESPOL, including some of the challenges expected in its future operation.
